Branding a 50-year anniversary

A big milestone deserves a big party. And 50 years definitely counts as big, so this anniversary required more than just an invitation.

We treated this party as a mini-branding project. After the initial brief and some research we settled on twomain elements. Geranium flowers playfully poke at getting older via the Dutch saying ‘achter de Geraniums zitten’. And a simple geometric pattern, similar to those found in middle eastern architecture, subtly hints at multicultural interests.All designs use a violet and white colorscheme that could easily be applied across many things; guest clothing, balloons, snacks.
